Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

NetxBytes LLC (“NetxBytes,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through netxbytes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to share with us:

  • Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, company name, service interest, and message you provide. Form submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf.
  • Scheduling. When you book a strategy call, scheduling details (your name, email address, and selected time) are processed by Cal.com on our behalf.
  • Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule or conduct consultations.
  • To evaluate and deliver services you request.
  • To keep records required for legal, accounting, or contractual purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate this site and respond to you — currently Formspree (contact form processing) and Cal.com (scheduling). Each provider processes your information under its own privacy policy and only to provide its service to us.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and scheduling information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@netxbytes.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above.
